"low confidence" i have a yoga for you

low confidence can be result of low self esteem or not willing to take risk in life. depending on other for decision making is result of this which i believe. it is also result of low prana level. i have not any research but its a hypothesis...
yoga and mediation help your prana level to rise. prana means life energy.
different people prana level works in different way like for me i eat any junk food or in home some one get non veg then that day i food goes off and feeling of laziness and fatigue start happening (this is when i do not do any yoga or meditation).
i have not done any research on other but i am talking on my own experience.

first let us take this as game... named confidence
so as usual in any game there are certain rule to be followed in discipline

first rule: from my father and from books of Robin sharma i learned that make a fix time to get up in morning. like i get up always at  5  am every morning what ever be situation be. whether i sleep early by 8 or be late by 2 pm i get up at 5 am. better getup as early as possible.

second: be determined this is very important be determined no trying nothing, if you want to get up then you have to getup don't keep any other option.
determination slowly increase your self esteem.

third: control your lust... it is very important to control your lust. if you seen everything with lustful eyes then this decreases your productivity.... it block your mind to think  creatively. i have seen this... i don't say that you become narrow minded no but  Lust grips the mind and tires the body, and dulls the intellect. Lust when indulged brings inertia, and when suppressed brings anger.
Lust is nothing but primordial unharnessed energy. The same when harnessed manifests as enthusiasm, sparkle, sharpness of intellect and love.

What are the factors that can sublimate or transform lust into love?
- Playfulness: People who are in the grip of lust cannot be genuinely playful. When you are genuinely playful, then there is no lust there.
- Generosity: When you realize that you are here only to give and give, and you feel that you are very generous, lust is sublimated. Lust makes one possessive and not generous.
- Moderate or less intake of food
- Remembrance of death
- Divine Romance
- Cold water baths
- Undertaking creative challenges.

add bhastrika pranayama which boost your prana level... i am not expert but it is what i have experienced...

Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath)

Bhramari pranayama is very effective in instantly calming your mind down. It is one of the best breathing exercises to release the mind of agitation, frustration or anxiety and get rid of anger. A simple-to-do technique, can be practiced anywhere at work or home, and an instant option available to de-stress yourself.


How To Practice Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath)

  • 1. Sit up straight in a quiet, well ventilated corner with your eyes closed. Keep a gentle smile on your face.
  • 2. Place your index fingers on your ears. There is a cartilage between your cheek and ear. Place your index fingers on the cartilage.
  • 3. Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out, gently press the cartilage. You can keep the cartilage pressed or press it in and out with your fingers, while making a loud humming sound like a bee.
  • 4. You can also make a low-pitched sound but it is a good idea to make a high-pitched one for better results.
Breathe in again and continue the same pattern for 6-7 times.
Keep your eyes closed for some time. Observe the sensations in the body and the quietness within. You can also practice Bhramari pranayama lying on your back or lying on your right. While practicing the pranayama while lying down, just make the humming sound and do not worry about keeping your index finger on the ear. You can practice the Bee pranayama 3-4 times every day.

Points To Note While Doing Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath)

  • Ensure that you are not putting your finger inside the ear but on the cartilage.
  • Don’t press the cartilage too hard. Gently press and release with the finger.
  • While making the humming sound, keep your mouth closed.
  • You can also keep your fingers in Shanmukhi mudra (hand position) while doing this pranayama. To sit in Shanmukhi mudra, gently place your thumbs on the ear cartilage, index fingers on the forehead just above the eyebrows, middle fingers on eyes, ring fingers on nostrils and the little fingers on corners of your lips.

hard to understand life..

it really hard to understand life, whenever i try to understand my life get more confused and get stocked with nothing.
after completed of graduation i started looking for job, as everyone i want to earn as quickly as possible which lead me to nothing. its been more then three year and i have forgotten everything i learned basically i don't have talent no skill everyone say yes every individual is unique its true, my uniqueness is not possessing any kind of skill and talent.
i was in better position in class 1 year of college after which i degraded like anything. i dont know what my parent are thinking but what i am feeling right and ever feeling is that i am nothing zero, full of guilt and attitude of knowing nothing...


i want to change, may be will visit some doc... no more prayer nothing... when i dont trust myself then how can god help me... god is within me... which is truth first i will help my self.. wasted my four precious year... :(
