General rule:
Step one: lie down and make yourself comfortable
Step two: adjust your head and neck so that it’s align with
spine
Step three: keep your hand straight and palm facing up and
keep some distance between your hand and hip.

your body and so that you are comfortable and maintain stillness during the
entire process.
