Steps to Practice Yoga Nidra/yogic sleep

Yoga Nidra/ yogic sleep guided sleep/meditation.  It Means Sleeping/ Relaxing With Awareness. 

Play the any of the video and Follow its instruction:

General rule:
Step one: lie down and make yourself comfortable
Step two: adjust your head and neck so that it’s align with spine

Step three: keep your hand straight and palm facing up and keep some distance between your hand and hip.
Step three:  same way keep some gap between your leg and relax.

Step four:  adjusts your body and so that you are comfortable and maintain stillness during the entire process.

Step five: play any of the video and  follow the voice 

Note maintain the stillness
I have followed this three videos and found it to be more relaxing. its quality is good.
